WiFi extender

I have an issue with the wifi extender. Either it is weak or it is unable to extend enough wifi to the black spot I have upstairs in my house. 

Do I need an additional one to help make the signal stronger?

@NawalD What is the sky Extender that you have (model) what is the hub you have (model) and where and what distance are they apart from each other with walls/floors/doors etc between each other. Guessing what you have is to difficult!
