WiFi drops
I've had WiFi issues for about 3 weeks now. I've been through all the ways to revolve this and finally sky agreed to send a new broadband device. This seemed to work initially and now the same problem is back where the WiFi drops at least 10 times a day. The maximum time I remain on WiFi whilst using my laptop is around 40 mins before it drops again. I keep restarting but have the same issues. The WiFi box doesn't show any connection errors

Re: WiFi drops
@Vik9 the most likely issue is poor WiFi signal level in the area you are using the laptop. The WiFi signal indicator on your desktop should show this.if the "device" Sky sent you is still not giving you a reliable connection in every room call them again as if you are paying fir their WiFi Max package they should areange for an engineer to come out to check your system after which they should supply up to 2 more extennder pucks.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
