WiFi drops out when using the land line
If we're watching iplayer, or YouTube, or something similar, and the the land line phone rings, our WiFi stops working and we lose connection. After the phone call is completed the WiFi signal will return. Do I have a problem with my land line?

Re: WiFi drops out when using the land line
@colin+gardener how is your phone connected? If it is still plugged intomthe old phone socket as opposed to into the Sky hub the issue is likely to be the lack of a proper line filter. This used to be a common issue but less so now due to prefiltered phone sockets ( these have a separate connection for the phone and the hub) and even more so now digital voice lines via the hub should avoid such things.
Sky no longer provide filterscbut they can be bought from hardware stores.
