@Pamjones42 while the network operators do undertake maintenancexwork between midnight and 6am it would be very unusual to lose connectivity for 4 weeks. If you have Sky Q boxes there can be an issue where the bixes go into deep sleep which stops them acting as wifi repeaters. If thst could apply to your issue go into the Q box's settings and change thecstandby setting toadtive or none.
