@Karolina13 you do have a landline service to use if you want to. The fault is one that gets reported quite frequentlly and as far as we have been told is caused by a fault with the Sky server managing your connection. Sky have something around 6 million of these connections which are in servers scattered around the country. It takes time for enginerrs to fix the faulty node causing your issue.
The recommended work round is to power down your hub for 60 minutes which should force a switch to a different node. Alternstively simply adding a public DNS address to your drvice's network settingscan avoid the issue if you are working and disconnection is not possible. Google's public DNS is at 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
