WiFi drops off daily

Every day without exception, my WiFi drops off at around 16.00 and remains off for about 2 hours. Then it just come back on again.

Sky online diagnostics show everything as fine, but the WiFi light on the router is off and there's no wifi

Tried standard restarts and resets etc but just the same the next day

Anyone encountered this?
