WiFi drops during day many times

Hello, does anyone know why my internet drops more than 3 times a day? I always have to go into settings and reconnect to Wi-Fi

@Elena13 is it the WiFi connection from your devicecto the hub orvthe hub's broadband connection to the exchangevthstvdrops? The lights on your hub will tell you if it is losingbthe connection to the exchange see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start for what to do.

 

3 line drops per day on a partial fibre line indicates an issue with the line but whether Sky can get Openreach to do anything depends on how long it has been going on and whether the automatic  line management system can stabilise the connection .

Hi there the colour on the router it's stays as is working but the connection from the WiFi to the tv is lost many times during the day

@Elena13 something is interfeeering with the wifi connection. Sounds like you may need a booster or similar.

@Elena13 If you can it is best to just Ethernet cable from the TV to the Hub, just gave up on my Samsung TV no matter what wireless wi-fi just would not cutt it and wired it has just never looked back!

Yes I'll try with a cable first I have an LG tv it never happened before it's just started maybe 2 weeks ago and it looks like definitely it is something with the connection not the router

@Elena13 If it's easy to do it takes the whole wireless wi-fi interference gambit completely out off the picture, but as you posted and if it is only the TV/Hub issue and all else is working with zero problems way to go, if Hub issue that can be addressed as well just so you are aware!
