WiFi drops all the time

I have recently moved to Sky for their full fibre gigafast service, the speed into my router is good but my WiFi constantly drops in and out.  I have gone through all the troubleshooting steps but the issue remains and I cannot find any way to speak to someone and just go round and round in an automated journey!!!

What can I do to fix.  I never had this WiFi problem with my previous provider
