WiFi dropping

WiFi dropping in and out, sky glass freezing constantly. Speed in the room not fast enough

Broad band speed varies causing mobile phones Wi-Fi calling to drop out 

also in TV freezes losing broadband connection 

we are now on Wi-Fi  Max which is No better

need help to resolve our problem!!
