Ring doorbell and connectivity

I've had sky q with 3 mini hubs for a while now with BT as my Internet provider - we've had no issues. However, I've recently switched to Sky full fibre and we are seeing issues. An engineer came out to install a WiFi extender and the mini hubs are all now working fine. However, we are still seeing hotspots in the house where internet is weak or there's limited connectivity. We never had this issue with BT. My understanding is that a mesh network is created to make the connectivity around the house better but I'm not seeing this.

The main issue I'm seeing is with my ring doorbell at my front door and security ring camera at the other end of the house. Both have poor signal. BT had a much simpler set up but had great signal strength. Any help would be much appreciated.

@Aas1

Generally the BT/EE hub has better coverage than the Sky hub so you'd likely need a couple of boosters to get the coverage to be the same.
