WiFi dropping

Hi, my WiFi seems to drop really low. I even tried to buy the Fibre upgrade but Sky cancelled it for no reason. What can I do to improve the WiFi. I'm happy to upgrade but it's Sky that seems to be stopping me doing so. Thanks.

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
