WiFi dropping out

We are still having problems with WiFi dropping out when both using mobiles through out the house and even on a laptop right next to the router.... all our devices are apple and the area we live in has little or no 4g or 5g..... a sky engineer visited and confirmed that our pod was positioned correctly to cover the upstairs.... it's very frustrating and we need help!!
