WiFi dropping out

In my bedroom the WiFi keeps dropping out and my phone reverts to 4g

Has this always been an issue or has it happened recently? Any changes that have caused this to happen?

Just gone back to sky after being with virgin and I didn't have a problem with them

@nca Is the phone working fine on the wireless wi-fi when it is beside/near the sky Hub?

Yes fine everywhere else in the house

@nca Then you just need to get a more stronger or some wi-fi signal to the area that lacks it, which in your case would be the bedroom, but if there is some wireless wi-fi there, you need to turn Mobile Data off on the mobile phone just incase the phone thinks low signal let's switch to 4G/5G instead!

Wi-fi booster to give you more coverage and stronger wireless wi-fi may be needed. If so you need to say what you have sky Hub wise!

And there are NO two hubs that are alike, so what worked with one may just not be the same with the other!
