WiFi dropping out every night since broadband changed to Sky

We changed our broadband to Sky a couple of weeks ago.  Since then our WiFi drops out every night after midnight.  
I follow the instructions to reconnect and it rarely works so I have to wait until the morning to use it again.  
I really do not want to have to go through trying to reset it every day.  We never had to do that with our old broadband so don't know why it is happening now. 
Please can anyone offer any suggestions so I don't need to do this every night?

It won't necessarily happen on a Sunday night but any broadband issues between midnight and 7am could be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption. There’s no pre-warning of this. See this pinned post at the top of the Broadband board from Sky which could be relevant any night this happens…
