WiFi dropping out even with new router

Hi, we were having issues with our WiFi dropping out and we have just bought sky glass and were told that we needed to upgrade our WiFi so sky sent out a new faster router but the WiFi is dropping out more now then it was before. It's done it at least 7 times already this morning and alltleast 20 times yesterday. This isn't good enough to say the amount we pay for sky WiFi.

We have similar issue with WiFi dropping out, especially when we have wet weather Not impressed. We have done exactly what sky has asked us and even bought the booster they suggested for upstairs. Have to use our mobile phone data to stay on Internet when we are working from home
