MY INSTALLATION IS STILL NOT COMPLETE AND SKY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE ME
Our broadband installation was supposed to happen on 13th December the enguneer attended and after fitting the internal box on the wall he said he couldn't finish the install due to to much light coming through the cable and that open reach would be in touch to sort this, we have had a couple of text messages saying open reach engineer is delayed and gives me a link to the website where it says I can track the satus but when I click the link it just takes me to the virtual chat bot who is more than usless. I can't get through to speak to anyone as they say I owe money so until I set up a dtrect debit and pay the arrears I can't be put through to someone. I am not going to pay the arrears as I should not owe anything as I have nit even had the full instulation so I have not used any services yet.
Can anyone help?
Thanks

Typically it's best to pay and then claim the excess back. The Sky system is entirely inflexible once it thinks there's a debt, and it becomes impossible to talk to anyone about the actual issues.
