WiFi dropping out / Ongoing broadband issues
We have had poor BB service on and off for several months .
used to be with BT but moved to SKY ( Yes I know they use a lot of the OPENREACH network , I worked for BT / OPENREACH FOR 37 YEARS ) .
Today I have had enough .
Contractors engineer turned up , did a few tests , left saying he would be checking a box down the road ( PCP ) .
20 minutes later get an auto text saying engineer has fixed fault .
Within 10 minutes it failed again .
I totally get that sometimes the fault will not appear , but he really do a thorough enough job IMHO .
Does anyone have a contact number or e-mail address I can use to get in touch with a real person ?

How did you report it the first time?
Sky don't use email for general communication or fault reporting. To call Sky dial 150 (free) from your Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile or alternatively use the following link
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ leading to a number starting 0333.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ to see a dedicated ROI number. (Customer Services in the ROI are not open at weekends).
The posting of full phone numbers isn’t permitted on the forum.
Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
Sky customer since 2001

NOTE: I only provide help on the forums and NOT via PM

Re: WiFi dropping out / Ongoing broadband issues
We are having the same issue today - internet has been dropping out all day. Logged the issue with sky this morning who said an engineer would come out but didn't need access to the property. Had a message this afternoon to say an engineer has fixed the problem but if anything it's got worse! I will try to call as suggested above. Hoping for a solution!
