@Ni56 Your G.Fast unltrafast connection looks to be running quite well from those stats but the hub restarted 11 minutes before you took those stats. If the hub is rebooting spotaenously it could be faulty.
If however you restarted it yourself following a line drop you need to investigate the cause. G.Fast uses carrier frequencies that can be disrupted by some equipment in your home with Powerline adapters being a likely cause. If you can exclude that as a cause call Sky to report the line drops but there does not appear to be a serious line issue from the stats so it could be an intermittent fault causing noise which can be very difficult to find and fix.
