If however you restarted it yourself following a line drop you need to investigate the cause. G.Fast uses carrier frequencies that can be disrupted by some equipment in your home with Powerline adapters being a likely cause. If you can exclude that as a cause call Sky to report the line drops but there does not appear to be a serious line issue from the stats so it could be an intermittent fault causing noise which can be very difficult to find and fix.
