Mine is doing the same.
keeps telling me all is ok on the WiFi check
but it's dropping out constantly

Same here. Constant dropping yesterday now nothing tonight for tha last hour. Test showing no probs in area and all good. Defo not as Amber internet light on and my works VPN shows error that service provider is blocking Internet within the area.
