hi i just cancelled the engineer visit on 12 Apr, i have received the modern and i can connect it by mysely, so is that ok? And can start the service on 12 Apr? Thx

What was the visit for ?
If an engineer was booked its because they need to do something at the exchange or inside your house. Effectively cancelling the visit may cancel the order
