Any broadband issues between midnight and 7am could be essential overnight maintenance taking place. It is carried out at those times to minimise disruption and there is no advance warning provided. See this pinned post at the top of the Broadband board from Sky which could be relevant any night this happens…
https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Important-Notice-Scheduled-Broadband-Maintenance/td-p/5151847...
If you have an ONT box displaying a red light, see this further advice…

This link provides information about the coloured lights you may see on the various hubs

Hopefully it’s back up and running before 7am. If it’s not, try restarting your hub or post back in this thread and we can try to offer additional advice.

Re: WiFi dropped
I'm up in Scotland. Checker is good, but down detector says otherwise. Restarting router didn't help.

Re: WiFi dropped
Same issue here. The box is showing 2 green lights (power & WiFi) and 2 orange lights (internet & voice). I run the tests and it's coming back that everything is working properly. I'm hoping it's just a short term issue and is fixed soon. It is weird though that it's saying there's no issues in the area, but everyone's having apparent issues across the board.

Re: WiFi dropped
The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area, it can be a bit slow at picking up issues so if nothing shows perhaps try it again later:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If nothing shows then try this line test:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
