WiFi dropped out 1:50am

My WiFi has dropped, the sky app test my broadband service says there is nothing wrong, yet I am looking at 2 orange lights and 2 green lights for about 5 minutes now and no change, this is constant with sky now, I will be leaving them permanently, as I have a stearming tv with them without the sky package and I can't even watch tv without it being blurry, paused because of single disruption or WiFi drop out, it's disgusting that I am expected to pay for unusable services.

@Aj59

If it's happening at the time you've posted it's possibly maintenance related. This is done overnight to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep. If it's not back up by the time the phone lines reopen use the below link to check to see if there are any outages nearby https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
(This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households)

If there aren't any then try running the line test here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

If the service checker is still not telling you that Sky are aware you may need to call them to report it (dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline).

Any engineer visit that’s required is likely to be delayed due to the disruption from the recent storms.
