WiFi dropped in speed
Normally get 36mbs which I know is terrible but all of a sudden dropped to 6mbs, had an open reach engineer round yesterday who got it back but now today it's gone down to 10mbs, I've reset the router but no difference anyone with any ideas?

@ConnorPP With those kinds off speeds are you on a copper connection to a OR Master phone socket? Did the Engineer not advise you to not reset or power off/on for a period. Think if the diagnostic service does not detect and get further Engineering assistance then give sky a call to let them know that the fix done has not worked!
Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.
If you’re still having problems you may need to call Sky to report it. Dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline (if it’s still working).
