@Stupottyz

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Re: WiFi down

Did you not read my message ? I said I've already used the trouble shooting/testing part of the app. I've already done these checks.  Still not working. The message I get says there are no problems detected

I did read your message but it wasn't clear what you had or had not done, so this is your only option if a reboot hasn't fixed it:

Re: WiFi down

I have turned it off and on again.  And used the app to test the connection. That didn't work so now I'm asking you for help

@Stupottyz You need to call Sky then to report the fault, the forum is primarily a customer to customer support platform.

As you can see I don't work for Sky so you will need to call them as I have suggested to you.

This is a place where Sky customers help each other, it isn't a direct route to talk to Sky support.

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

https://www.sky.com/help/home

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
