Sky broadband has dropped out 3 times in the last 24 hours. First couple of times it came back within 15 minutes but now there's no sign of it coming back on.
The lights on our rooter have been alternating. Previously the 2nd and 4th were orange and now just the 4th. What does this mean? How do we fix it?

I am not being prompted to enter any details. I just reach a page saying the site cannot be reached due to it taking too long to respond or due to the server stopping responding
