WiFi doesn’t seem to work at different times during the day, however all lights are green.
I recently upgraded my WiFi however it doesn't seem to have made any improvements if anything it's been worse. The WiFi doesn't seem to work well at random times during the day forcing me to use my phone data. Whenever I have looked at the router when the issue happens all lights are green, both on the modem and full fibre optic modem that was installed when I upgraded. Also the signal is weak in certain parts of the house which wasn't really an issue before the upgrade. When installing the new broadband, the technician had moved and installed the broadband in a different location to where it was before and I believe this may also be contributing to the issues. I am unable to move the broadband to the original location due to the fact that the technicians have used cables that are too short to make any location changes

If that's FTTP, you can source your own Cat5e ethernet cable of up to 100 metres to use between ONT and ISP router.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
