WiFi disconnects

Hello I've recently got sky WiFi but keep noticing it keeps disconnecting from WiFi to 4g for a few seconds constantly the overall WiFi seems be ok but the disconnect is quite annoying

I have this issue too. Twice I've been told someone will reach out and it never happens.

im having the same issue since upgrading my speed & getting a new router, constant dropouts on the wifi but my work computer (connected via ethernet cable) stays stable throughout

Firstly, unplug the hub for 10 minutes and then reboot, hopefully a channel rescan will find a less congested wifi channel.

Have a look at the following to see if they can resolve your problem easily if no success with the above, you can also use the MySky app. If not you may need to consider either the Sky WiFi Max add-on package or perhaps purchasing a 3rd party mesh system (which remains yours regardless of ISP used and would be my own personal choice).
