Re: WiFi dipping

I have previously done this and it hasn't stopped it from doing it daily. It's dipped everyday for the past week roughly and I don't understand why, we have no gaming consoles just TVs, mobiles so it shouldn't be dipping that much all the time

Re: WiFi dipping

@Kirsty901 Best to clear this all up, wifi is the signal from the hub to your device, broadband is the Internet from sky, is it the broadband that you are losing, so no internet at all on any device?

Re: WiFi dipping

Yes sorry the internet keeps stopping, we have been trying to watch tv and we aren't able to as it keeps stopping. This needs to be sorted as I literally can't watch nothing, I don't have normal tv so need the internet for my kids to watch Netflix etc.

@Kirsty901 Now that one is out off the way, the Forum were you posted is not sky Customer Service, just customers like you trying to help other customers. When the internet drops off do you see anything from the next link, this will also direct you to testing if you select and click what is going on, just so you are aware!

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!

The link above saves finding out what sky hub you have, what connection type you have and anything could be going on for the connection to drop....
