WiFi cutting out

Hi, I'm on sky broadband with sky max and I've run the "test my broadband" checks.

im still getting WiFi dropouts and weak signal in several rooms. The property is a 3-storey townhouse, so the signal struggles to reach the upper floors and the rooms farthest from the router.

Ive already tried repositioning the router and running the diagnostics, but coverage is still inconsistent.

could you please arrange sky max pods to resolve the WiFi blackspots? Ideally I'd need up to three pods to give full coverage across three floors.

thanks for your help.

@LiamR13 posting in the forum is not contacting Sky. If you have Sky WiFi Max call Sky to request an extender pod which requires installation midway between the hub and where the WiFi is bad in a three level home the middle landing is likely to be the best location.

If with that pod you still cannot get  the guaranteed 25Mb/s (10Mb/s if you are buying a service of less than 100Mb/s) then call Sky again and they normally only agree to supplying further pods after an engineer has surveyed your network.
