WiFi cutting out

I had a sky engineer come and look at connection but he says it's the wifi : broadband , we keep

loosing connection on phones.  He suggested WiFi booster plugs, made a note on our account , but I haven't received or heard anything

@Daviesc You may not hear anything, so you will have to start it all off, but to do so then you do need to call sky again, just like getting the Engineer visit!
