WiFi cutting off

My WiFi is cutting off every 1-2 hours. I run the test and it shows everything is fine but it is not. It is annoying. No help from SKY. It started on Friday.

Black router. Normally 3 green lights but when cutting WiFi off only one green light left and then coming back to three green lights. I restarted router too.
