WiFi constantly dropping out

Coming here for any advice as I am starting to lose my mind and going round in circles with sky complaints.

Since moving to fibre my WiFi drops multiple times a day. I have gone through all the diagnostic steps and regularly turn off/on again (standard response). All the lights on my router are green even when WiFi has dropped. My laptop and sky hub are less than a metre away from the router and the router is in plain sight (not blocked by anything).

sky have run checks but can't find anything (shock) and I am being made to believe it is me (I work in tech so I assure you it is not user error)

I am now struggling to work and it is having a major impact.

I can't get the router stats as i get an "unauthorised" response when i try to access the maintenance info.

I am not getting the service I am paying for and actively looking for a new provider, regardless of just entering a new contract.

Anyone had this and did you manage to resolve it?

Hi @EAd1

Are you using any Sky boosters or 3rd party extenders?

Which Sky hub do you have?
