WiFi constantly dropping out

My WiFi is constantly dropping out and flashing Amber or red on our box. There are no reported issues in the area, but our connection appears to be awful. My wife works from home and this is having a serious impact on her work and output. It's happened three times this morning already and when tested the connection says it's fine even though it clearly isn't

Yes I called them and it's an issue outside the house with the connection, so they are getting someone out to check

Mine keeps doing this too it's been going on and off for about a week. Have you spoken to sky about it yet to see what they say?

@Beth241 Have you run the service checker to see if anything is specifically indicated!

 

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households.
