WiFi constantly disconnecting and lagging

Our WiFi connection is shockingly bad. It constantly disconnects and reconnects on the TV. It's lagging constantly on the playstation. And is so slow on our phones it's sometimes not usable. It's a fibre connection so really expected better but it's much worse than our previous copper WiiFi...
