WiFi constant intermittent drops

Hi, I'm constantly seeing the WiFi drop out, disconnecting devices throughout the day. When I run a speed/connection test, everything is stated as OK.
Below are the router stats, but I'm not sure what it's telling me?! Thanks

@Height510 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Re: WiFi constant intermittent drops

Hi, thanks for the reply.

I have done the test serval times but it always comes back as good. As at that point its usually working. The drop out is only seconds, but stops music streaming and MS Teams from working.

Re: WiFi constant intermittent drops

I'm having the same issue. Recently Sky upgraded my router but since I have connected this router I'm still having the same issue. Would be interested to see what your reply back from Sky on your issue.

Also having the same issue for the last week or so.

Wired connection works absolutely fine but wifi drops out throughout the day across most devices.

Re: WiFi constant intermittent drops

Same problem here I have just had a new router and sky engineer come out to check my set up. My router keeps dropping out at least every couple hours it's such a poor service I can't wait to cancel it. Really poor

Re: WiFi constant intermittent drops

Similar issue here. But always wake up to disconnected Wi-Fi on all devices. Phones disconnected, security cameras not recording.

power cycle the router and everything comes back.

interested to hear any feedback

me too. Been happening for a month. Didnt happen for previous few years. What has changed?  For instance our phones drop off the wifi for no obvious reason (although I sometimes wonder if it's moving inside the house from eg main wifi router to extension to Sky Q box that causes the issue - but agaain why now and not before?).

Re: WiFi constant intermittent drops

Just found this thread and same here. Awful service the last 2-3 weeks with

constant drop- outs. Run a line test and all ok.

@SkyDirectors need to stop taking dividends and start offering a decent service again, investing in the lines and technology.

Re: WiFi constant intermittent drops

I dont really understand why we, Sky customers, have to talk to each other about problems... when do Sky team get involved? It's clearly a problem not of our making.

Re: WiFi constant intermittent drops

Can never get hold of customer service - they never want to actually speak with you anymore, just through messages. No good with no internet though is it!!! 🤷🏻‍♂️
