WiFi connection

Hello, The WiFi is repeatedly dropping amd has a low signal in the house. I have tested the connection and it says that there are no issues in the area. There is no WiFi connection when you're in the garden.

That is always likely to happen as a Wifi signal does have limitations.

 

For your signal issues in your home a poor signal in certain rooms is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
