No internet

I have tried the service checker which advises that everything is fine and service is good I have unplugged, reset and rebooted my router but I still cannot get back onto the internet. My device has the power and wifi light in green, voice is amber but no light for internet. I work from home so the internet is detrimental. Can someone please help? Based in West Midlands.

@SHH503  given the number of similar posts there could be an outage. To check run the servicecchecker in the My Sky app overca mobile connection which will tell you if Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line but it can take a while to get updated.
