WiFi connection
I have just had my sky engineer out to connect my broadband. I am up and running but the WiFi isn't great. I am working from home and the WiFi isn't strong enough the connection keeps dropping off.

Re: WiFi connection
Try going through this to see if it helps:
If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: WiFi connection
I have the same issue, the engineer laughed when i told him of Skys promise of coverage and he was right. i have been given a wifi extender pod but it doesnt work. the only useable locations for it are in a position where the signal is already poor so doesnt add any boost.
