Phones and other devices around the house do not work properly since I changed to Sky Full Fibre 500 and installed the latest router (white one). They connect but are forever dropping out. I have Sky WiFi Max as well.
Running health checks from my PC I just get everything looks good but it's virtually unusable in most rooms. It all worked fine when I was on Sky Broadband Ultrafast 1 with Sky Broadband Boost and the old Black router (even though I am supposed to have been upgraded and have the latest technology in the router).
Anybody have any ideas?

I'm having the same issue. This feels like a downgrade since moving to full fibre!

Hello,
please can you re-open this invite, I was unavailable Friday thru yesterday but we need this issue resolved. When can I speak to someone about getting my WiFi fixed?
