WiFi connection

I set my WiFi up on Monday and it doesn't even reach the kitchen and bathroom in my one bedroom flat. We are also getting 19 for the speed when I took the product I'm sure I was told 60. This needs to be looked at as I'm not happy with the service I'm receiving.
