Hi I've just read in my app that there is an issue with my broadband can someone help

also I think I'm due a credit on my account can you please confirm?

Do you have a working broadband connection at your property ?

 

As customers here we casn't see if you have a credit but you can by using either the MySky app or this link to view your bill:
