WiFi connection

I have been experiencing problems with my WiFi connection for a number of weeks. The 2 phones in the house will connect to the WiFi but the strength is very very poor, to the point I can barely load apps or the internet. I have struggled to log on this app to report the problem and having to do so via 5g. 

The Sky Q box also has had issues connecting but doesn't seem to be affected as much as the phones. On occasions it has not loaded on demand or apps. 

I have tried to reset however this does not seem to make a difference, especially to the phone connections. 

Since coming over to Sky broadband in August I have not had a month where the connection or services have not been poor. Previously with my virgin media connection I had no problems. Please can you help resolve this?
