WiFi connection

Since changing broadband my connection is not as good as it was previously. Range is reduced, download is very slow

@Louise91103  Have you changed providers or changed your package with Sky and got a new router?

@Louise91103  Was the position of the router changed from where the old one was? Is this the white router you have now or is it still black?

It's in the same position and yes it's now a white one

No I used to have the added boost and that worked well, I was told that wasn't offered anymore and the updated router would be the same but it isn't as good

On my account it's down as Sky Broadband super fast which it states is the fastest available. It's not as fast as it was before with the older router and package and the reach is worse it used to cover the garden and the bedrooms now the garden drops out completely and the bedrooms it's really slow

@Louise91103  You are best to check with Sky getting a booster pod with Sky broadband Max if you have to pay for it.
