WiFi connection to alarm system

Hi, just changed to Sky Max. Relinked my alarm system to new network. When connecting the system required a connection rating of at least 11 (not sure what), but it was fluctuating between 10 and 11. It connected but has now completely dropped- meaning no active alarm system. Help?

@HarryH65 would assume the number is a measure of wifi strength and fir somecreason thecsignal is not strong enough. WiFi signal strength will vary around your home is the new hub in a different place than the one it replaced. You may need an extender if the alram is distant from the hub these only come as part of Sky's WiFi Max package which costs extra if you haven't already bought itsee https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

There are other potential causes other than signal strength but given the alarm connected once it sounds the most likely.
