WiFi connection problem

I-phone 12 not connecting to my WiFi  hub in some of the rooms in the house but other Sky hubs are being proposed when I go into settings.  House is in a very rural setting with no other properties within 1000 metres.

@rdk123  What colour router do you have from Sky? Black or white?
