I need an engineer visit. All on line checks show no broadband problems but we do have problems!

Get me an engineer visit PLEASE or I will switch provider to EE

 @BG47  No one here can "Get you an engineer"  Threats to go elswhere won't work either.

 

What problems are you having?  You need to explain what is happening if you want any help.

 

If you have a line fult then it should show here https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
