I have been having a problem with my wifi on my apple devices, the wifi is on but it never connects to my devices , I tried to get an engineer who came around but the problem never got resolved and I'm forced to now spend more on my mobile data because I have no access to wifi each time I'm home . It is honestly upsetting that I pay a lot of money for the service and it never works. Can this problem please get resolved because I've tried most things and my devices never connect although when I test my briadband it shows everything is okay . Please help
