WiFi connection not working

The  WiFi in my holiday let has not been working this week. I've done the tests and they're saying all is good. Would it be possible to have someone to come and look at it? I am not in the flat and won't be able to get there anytime soon.

@help27 Call sky then, if you cannot run a remote test maybe they can once you pass security!
