WiFi connection issues throughout house

My daughters are both complaining about the WiFi since we joined sky. This doesn't seem to be an issue on tv or laptops but mainly iPhones and iPads -my daughters have said that their iPads disconnect constantly and they have to reselct sky and sometimes it works but most of the time they have to be in a room close to the router. We have an extension and two rooms on this side of the house (furthest from router) are the main issue. We had a plug in booster from both our previous providers.  I'm using my phone now and it states there isn't an issue with connection however it is not connected it is on 4g and won't connect to WiFi until I move around the house!

@Nc231982 Sky will provide a WiFi extender if uou buy their WiFi Max package and ask for one. Extensions can be a problem as there are often what was an external wall which will reduce the wifi signal level.
