@Poornima25 you would have to give nore detail before forum members can help for example is the connection to the hub dropping and the lights are changing or is it an issue with devices not keeping connected to the hub.

We could not contacted through lab top. Bank website and some pages are not opening. Take more time loading at end not opening the pages.
